AAccording to our Integrated Quality and Environment Policy, we are committed to recognizing the role we play, as well as the responsibility that we have to respect and protect the environment.

The principles that govern our environmental policy are:
1. Commitment to comply with the current environmental regulations applicable to the environmental aspects of our activities, products and services (as well as the commitment to comply with other requirements that we may voluntarily subscribe to).
2. Implementation of the principle of prevention of pollution in daily operations.
3. Commitment of continuous improvement in the environmental performance of the company.
4. Implementation of a system for the establishment and revision of environmental objectives and goals appropriate to the nature, magnitude and environmental impacts of our activities, products and services.
5. Communication of the Integrated Quality and Environment Policy to all company personnel.
6. Strengthen internal communication networks to provide information to all staff (including staff working on behalf of the company).
7. Maintenance of the Integrated Quality and Environment Policy available to interested external parties.
8. Commitment to protect the environment.
We possess the Certificate of Management System number ISO 14001 – 0035443 in accordance with which we meet the standards in terms of ISO 14001.
Evidence of this is the award of the certificate of System Management number ISO 14001 – 0035443, in accordance with which METALES UNZUETA II S.L. meets the environmental standards, in terms of UNE-EN ISO 14001, awarded by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited.
