METALES UNZUETA II Ltd. has as its mission to meet the scrap metal needs of its customers, fulfilling each one’s requirements as far as type of material and delivery timescales are concerned..
For all our customers, we would wish to be a provider who inspires confidence, who knows the materials we are dealing with, who takes care of service details, and who treats customers in a personal, appropriate and friendly manner.
To develop our activities, we need to be able to have complete confidence in our providers, who should supply us with materials in accordance with the requirements of our customers, both in terms of quality and quantity. We look on our providers as associates of our business, and we endeavour to maintain stable relationships with them, based on mutual respect, which will bring benefits to both parties.
The system of Quality Management we have implemented will assist us in responding efficiently to the commitments we have made with our customers and providers, and in improving the internal procedures of the company, thus involving all staff in this process.
Management is committed to contributing to the Quality System with every means at its disposal, and with whatever may be necessary to continuously improve efficiency, in order to achieve the improvement objectives being established, as well as to provide information about the results to the parties involved.
We have been awarded the Management System with Certificate number ISO 9001 – 0035444, in accordance with which we meet the quality standards required by UNE-EN ISO 9001.
Evidence of this is provided by the certificate of Management System number ISO 9001 – 0035444, in accordance with which METALES UNZUETA I I Ltd. meets the standards of Quality, relating to UNE-EN ISO 9001, awarded by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited.
